Let’s break it down —

1) The collapsing fiat monetary system is a far bigger and more pressing issue than climate change.

2) Climate alarmism is used as an excuse to print new debt to prop up the fiat system, which would otherwise collapse. Those that fall in line with this are given high ESG ratings, whereas those who do not fall in line get low ESG ratings, regardless of how much they are doing to help the planet.

3) The climate is changing, yes. And it is partially caused by humans, yes. But it’s nowhere near as dire as the statist news media makes it out to be, as shown by the past 9,500 years of geological records.

4) There are real environmental challenges we must face. I am 100% for cleaner air, cleaner water, less pollution, more recycling, more planing of trees, less loss of biodiversity. These are all just and noble causes.

5) That said, C02 is *not* the earth’s climate control knob. There are many factors at play. To just focus on C02, which makes up less than a half a percent of the earth’s atmosphere, is absurd. Fuckin blowing up mountains into dust, polluting rivers and trampling over rainforest that's "climate change".... extinguishing biodiversity in the name of Fiat mindcontrol human energy farming and animal exploitation for the sake of the top of a martian pyramid.

We are not falling for this trap. Because we are too busy building the best version of the world we can conceive.

Looking only at 9.500 years seems to be a little small dataset since the last ice age ended approximately 19.000 years ago. CO2 values of more than 400ppm in the atmosphere are only known to times like the pilocene a few million years ago!

I mostly agree, but a warmer, more tropical world is beneficial for humans.

I also don't think we should put positive value on biodiversity or recycling. Biodiversity will look after itself and in any case we should be promoting ourselves and species with which we have synergistic relationships (eg dogs horses & cattle). Recycling will occur naturally on the free market. If it's cheaper to dig something out of the earth than to recycle, that tells us something about the current distribution of resources and capabilities.
