Have done 3 and 4 day fasts before. Very beneficial, also mentally π

4 is so tough. End of 3rd day I m about to cry. π
I find itβs a little unpredictable. Have felt day 2 to be most difficult some times, then cruising on day 3.
For me It's upwards sloping from day 1 until the end.
Staying busy is the key.
Try pushing itπͺ I did multiple week long fasts.
Hardest part at Days 2, 3 sometimes 4. After that 0 hunger, great feeling.
My longest was 17 days. I only broke it because I was bored and want to have the distraction of eating π
If you want to try something new, read up on dry fasting and how it might be beneficial for your circumstances π
Beyond 3/4 days is not for me since I donβt want to lose muscle
If you don't work out it should be okey.
Working out fasted is a drag, especially if your multiple days deep π©
So if you at dinner point have a bigger break between workout days you could fit it in I mean ππ
Yes, no working out. I am trying to walk during lunch break in my hood to get fresh air and sun. Working from home since covid (lost my 17 yr commute into midtown Manhattan). Pros and cons to everything. You canβt have it all - like deciding on a the best mobile wallet to use. Everything has trade offs.
