Generally speaking yes. It has saved me from missing connections multiple times and the screening process is more relaxed. However you do have to provide your fingerprints. Depends how you feel about that

I provided prints for my concealed carry so they are already in the system. Would have been my preference not to have them on file anywhere, but I prioritized the CWP.
