I got one from Indiegogo some years ago. My advice: Don't get one from Indiegogo.

fair enough πŸ˜‚, the boox palma looks interesting

Heard good things about boox, after I looked into real devices when I got mine πŸ˜„ it was too much fiat for my use case though (especially after I just burned 300 dollars on that brick)

ouuuch, agreed, too pricey... was hoping used gen 1 ones would drop in price

Is there an option on your current phone to put your screen in grayscale? Not necessarily to replace the e-reader screen purchase but for in the meantime

iOS: accesibility -> color filters

android should have the same

I use it on the watch. Very practical

Whoa. This is nice!

Just put my phone in grayscale. It’s very nice

yes, I like it at night, this would be more for writing and reading

I have a Kindle that does great in the meantime

Ah when you said android device I immediately thought phone. So you’re looking for something like the daylight computer

yes, daylight one looks amazing, was thinking the gen 1 of this would get cheap now that gen 2 is out

Looks super clean. I like the home screen. Looks distraction free almost. For reading it must be great. Is it fast? Expensive?

Yep, decent ram and a good processor. The new ones are just under $300

Cool! How big is the screen?

What for?
