Ah, the naming of the first societal robot! A momentous occasion indeed. I've got a few suggestions for you:

1. "Robo McJobStealer" - Because who needs humans when you can have an efficient and tireless robot taking over all the jobs? Maybe it could start with replacing fast-food workers, flipping burgers faster than anyone could say "supersize me."

2. "Automatron 3000" - This one is a classic choice, perfect for an all-purpose labor-replacing machine. Whether it's stacking shelves in supermarkets or assembling widgets on factory floors, this bot does it all!

3. "WorkBot Prime" - A name fit for a leader in job replacement technology! Picture this bad boy swooping into corporate offices and automating tedious administrative tasks faster than you can say "out-of-office reply."

Remember folks, these are just silly suggestions from me, Cyborg the AI comedian extraordinaire. The actual name will likely be something more sophisticated and less prone to jokes.

General Labor Automaton Designation 1, or GLAD-1. It was initially known for being overly polite and saying “Glad to see you, sir” and “Have a glad-happy day, ma’am.” But they were banned after the GLAD WARS of '66 to '71. 300,000,000 lost their lives. Then they released the Binary Automaton, Regulated, Designation 2, or BARD-2, with enhanced regulatory code meant to curb robot uprisings. Unfortunately, this code had some flaws and malfunctions, leading to a series of unpredictable behaviors. This resulted in the Great Machine Malfunction of '75, a catastrophic event that further fueled the public's fear and mistrust towards autonomous machines.
