I want to dig more into the cashu wallet and how it works. Is cashu.io the only way to get it? Is there an app on the phone? What’s the most private way to use it?

Cashu.me and install it to your home screen as a PWA. You could use Mullvad or IVPN to hide your IP address. Honestly, you should be using those with Nostr apps anyway.
