Ladies, we need #strengthtraining more the older we get. While lifting heavy is important. It is also subjective what #strong means from one person to another.

I start where you are at and we build from there. We want this to be a #lifestyle change or a life long habit.

If you’re starting with body weight you can and will get stronger. Don’t let ppl tell you can get stronger using body weight. Too many modalities out there that say otherwise.

You want to make sure that when it gets easy just add weight or so longer holds if you’re doing #yoga.

#strengthyoga (my creation) is bridging the gap between yoga and strength training. I still teach strength yoga. But I digress. That’s for other posts.
