Starting an experiment today 🧪

One meal a day for the next 14 days (end on May 21)

Then a 72-hour fast (only water)

One coffee with milk allowed / day

2 if I walk 10K steps

3x gym/week

Goal🎯

Kickstart some weight loss and discover how much food I actually need.

Why one meal a day?

A trick to become more conscious about portion amount / control

Why kickstart weight loss as a goal?

I know that if I see results I’ll be motivated to commit to gym and conscious eating in a structural way.
