I haven’t tried iOS17 yet, I’ll try it out later, does it happen randomly or always at the same action?

It honestly happens frequent. I honestly can not say why.

But I am on iOS 17 hoping that’s not the issue

Clear your cache and limit the relays. I. Down to 7 relays. Smooth sailing over here.
