Today is a landmark day.

73 pull ups, sleventy3.

My name does play on the number. Another story….

In the beginning I asked NOSTR to keep me honest. +1 pull ups everyday until 100k. My take on the 100 pushups crew because I started late.

After reaching into the 50+ pull-ups per day I realized that pull-ups are taxing, and I’m going to need a rest day here and there. Especially considering I live an active lifestyle.

Today for instance I threw around about 10,000 lbs of tree. Not a lie.

I’ve continued to challenge myself by trying to always do close to my Max per set. And have continued that trend along with adding +1 every session.

I hear by denounce the +1.

Adding +1 pullups a day is unrealistic in the end. And also, how many sets will I need to continue on into the 200’s?

Ive reached somewhat of a comfort zone, but want to continue on.

From here I will try to eliminate my last set. Which means 73 pull-ups into 4 sets. Then 3. And maybe even down to 2!!

An admirable goal I think.

Also Id like to incorporate cardio.

Burpees. I will immediately do the equivalent to my sets of pull-ups.

If nothing else. These notes becomes my diary of proof of work.

I feel fit as fuck.
