What's ironic in this post is you peddle monero but don't see how this explicitly applies to bitcoin but yet want to circumvent the rules of the system with monero instead of using bitcoin the ONLY system in which the state has no power.

Only? Bitcoin miners can apply targeted censorship to transactions and blacklist addresses because there is no privacy. Not possible with Monero. In that sense, and several others, Monero is MORE resistant to state power.
