That chart would be interesting indeed… 14 years ago anyone could run a node (and mine!), making decentralization a reality. At this rate I don’t see storage being a huge issue. You can buy a phone with 1TB.
I see the demand in applications such as node running, entertainment, gaming, home AI, etc. all in market lockstep with driving storage demand and innovation. I still remember bringing home a desktop with a 1G hard drive around 1999 and having my mind blown.
