This is where the sugar in Coke & Pepsi comes from.

It is as natural & plant-based as you can get!

How is the sugar in Coke/Pepsi bad for you but the sugar in fruit juice is good for you??

Who claims it’s good for you?

At that point is it fructose? What happens to it in processing?

Well that’s a silly point you’re making. That is the plants of sugar BEFORE they highly refine and process it. Comparing this in its raw state to fruit sugars is accurate, but that’s NOT what is in Pepsi so this whole point/picture is pointless bc you are comparing apples to oranges and not apples to apples 🤷‍♂️🤝👊.

It's not MUCH different if you're comparing it to processed fruit juice.

Well no shit, it’s PROCESSED juice, implying it has mostly refined, PROCESSED shit in it, 🤷‍♂️

Fruit juice natural with no added sugar isn’t better for you necessarily either, both cause insulin spikes and it should just be consumed as fruit as a whole regardless 🤷‍♂️

I don’t know the answer to this and defer to you for health advice. I did however live near and work a few months at a sugar beet processing plant. It’s an industrial nightmare of chemistry processes. There’s nobody enjoying a nice bite of sugar beet or making fresh squeezed sugar beet juice.

That doesn’t look like corn to me. “High fructose corn syrup (HFCS) is a liquid sweetener derived from corn starch that's made through wet milling.”

Probably best to drink loads of Coca-Cola to find out.

y did gr8gramp call granny sugar?

It's all bad.

BITCH BOY I DARE YOU to make sugar out of Sugar Beets in your kitchen

if you can't you will get on your knees and suck my balls for being your daddy

These comments are missing Ken’s point. Drink water and eat meat, folks.
