Self-sufficiency does not mean that I do not form connections, but that I form connections that are appropriate for me, not out of a lack. Self-love does not have to be enough, it just has to be strong enough to protect me from dependence and self-abandonment.
Agreed. “Self sufficiency” does not imply forming appropriate connections either.

It is a self referencing loop. It assumes nothing. The need for connections break the loop. Hence nostr.
Nothing automatically implies or includes anything.
