It’s…different. 😂

DM and mute graph view is wild

Agora preciso ir lá… 🤨

This is the way

You should try a toaster strudel next

😂😂

Feature overload which you will like as a power user 🤓

Living the NIP standard

Works great for me and now my favorite. Maybe you need a little more time with it. On DT and Droid.

There is also https://next.nostrudel.ninja with even more neat stuff

Thats the one I was trying

Best thread view imo

Is that a bad what the fuck?

I don’t know

How are you just now using nostrudel for the first time?

seriously asking this too. Its been the best web client for most of this year.

devs can benefit by looking at what other devs are doing

We need more the fuck you building this is the fuck I'm building.

Yes. We need to do show and tell with HiveTalk. I cant do it every week but maybe every other or once a month

I don’t use web clients 🤷‍♂️ they feel so slow

Same for me, I love the comfort of desktop for typing and searching content but I didn't found any decent web or desktop client to feel the same nostr experience I love on mobile.

I wish I could make it as fast as native but I'm stuck in the browser with javascript 😭

did you build the webgl graph thing by yourself or is that a lib ?

No I used a library called 3d-force-graph https://github.com/vasturiano/3d-force-graph

You are great!

Keep up the solid work. I have really enjoyed using it

He’s a dev

Makes sense they would feel

Their development

Is the best

Like me

I’m a creator

My taco is delicious

Won’t sell out for anyone

That sums it up pretty nicely. Gives a real good taste of what Nostr is.

thoughts on nip-89 client tag? see what clients people write in

That's what exactly I said to myself a few minutes ago. Is it me or does that site need a facelift its god awful ... IMO

Did you notice Nostrudel has custom emojis?

Even better, NIP-emotes!!!

People who've never used noStrudel aren't living tne NIP standard! 😉

That’s what I mean by custom emojis. That’s what it’s called in the nip. https://github.com/nostr-protocol/nips/blob/master/30.md

Nostrudel rocks!🚀

Only thing I miss is a marker to tell when I've received new messages/notifications and emojis when typing posts on the PC (I have to copy/paste them from whatsapp)🐸

@hzrd149 #nostrudel

#Nostrudel is also missing the NIP-xx? for better private DM's like #Amethyst offers, but I'm sure if we keep zapping nostr:npub1ye5ptcxfyyxl5vjvdjar2ua3f0hynkjzpx552mu5snj3qmx5pzjscpknpr will finally get it some day🐸

On desktop type : and you’ll get a drop down menu

Awesome! Thanks for the info 👍

Best browser client hands down

How did you not use it until today?

Thanks for running one of the only relays that accepts my posts btw

Just wait until you go full degen mode and try beta of https://anonostr.com

my 1 core vm likes this

Amethyst on crack that can be used on the desktop 🤙💪. Great client

is this good or bad?

fastest nostr client on the market!

It is a fantastic piece of software

😂

I use it as a desktop browser client which is running as a self hosted app on one of my private Start9OS DIY devices. Then setup/config nostr accounts and off to the races like a nice desktop app. So instead of using one of the also fantastic public web Nostr websites....I can now use a locally hosted one. So playing with it recently. I have been trying to also use the Start9OS nostr relay app...but I'm having issues with my client apps reaching it via the TOR and even internal LAN wss/URL addresses....so no luck yet on that as a nostr backup relay for all my nostr data.

Might be a dumb question, but is your browser configured for onion addresses and do you have tor hidden service running on your pc?

Are you asking about me using nostrudel setup or my issues with my personal nostr relay? For nostrudel, using local lan URL not onion to connect to the nostrudel app. For relay issue it was trying to connect mobile apps and gossip desktop to the relay not web browser.

You mentioned issues connecting thru tor. That is what I am asking about. The browser you use on your pc to connect to start9 needs to be configured for it and you need tor hidden service running in background of the pc for that to be possible.

I was probably overreaching my initial first use of nostr. Already had Start9OS appliance working and using tor to its other services...so installed nostr relay service. Have Orbot running on mobile. Then tried to setup Amethyst on mobile running CalyxOS and add the onion via WS://

I'm circling back to test out some other settings. I'm going into Orbot to specifically select the nostr apps. I'm going into Mullvad vpn to specifically exclude (split tunnel) the same nostr apps.

welcome to ALL of nostr

Kinda of dirty pool to crap in another devs pool

Right?

.. and it runs fast if you add "nostr relay tray" .. as a local relay ..
