I believe your reasoning as I understand it from the podcast is sound. I also believe supporting a decentralized Social app is a good thing. I would say limit your time and discuss things other than Bitcoin. Or at least other angles to Bitcoin than the echo.

NOSTR specifically echo chamber if I remember correctly. Mostly just Bitcoin and not much else. Twitter was some of that and the hyperbolic nature of comments on pretty much any subject. Also just wanting fresh air vs doom scrolling.
