last time i was in munich i walked down this street and on one side was some dude sleeping in a bunch of junk, and looked like croatians or albanians or something driving past with turbofolk music playing, and in general the place seemed to be overrun by people who the locals were not happy about... i was just passing through, but i also wasn't much appreciated haha

The people who run Munich don't seem to know how to organize traffic properly or design street instruction signs or parking systems.
I think having 🧠 damage is a prerequisite for a civil engineering job. I could be wrong.
