i was talking to somebody very passionately about nostr today and they asked me if i was a programmer lol
i guess it still sounds technically complex to most, i need to find better words that simplify everything for the lack of saying dumb it down even tho thatβs what i technically have to do even more so than im already doing which idk how but we gonna try
Sell the benefits, not the features. Explain the problem it solves.
Today, your posts are at the mercy of a central authority that can choose to amplify, shadow ban, censor, blockβ¦etc. There is no central authority on Nostr so your voice will be equal.
It's just like any of platform but you can't change your password, nobody is in charge and you get money
Don't have to explain the specs to sell it πΈ
If you're a Nostr power user, then you are a programmer, of sorts, actually.
It's a simple protocol which requires apps to put user privacy and security first. The opposite of Facebook etc
