Any recommendations for an alt phone number?

I need a phone number for 2fa but don't want to provide my own .... (I'm doing volunteer work for a company that is requiring this setup... For MS Teams guest account).

I need something more permanent. Bc they will keep the number on file for verification every time they feel like asking for it -- I use a VPN so I'm always askedbfor verification.

This seems like it's disposable, one time use?
