Back from the emergency vet. Looks like tonight is likely to be the last with Miss Norma.

Fucking. Shit.

Iโ€™m so sorry ๐Ÿ’œ

Tis life. We've got a lot of animals so losing something is pretty common. Doesn't get easier.

This one blind sided us though. She was fine. But apparently. She is very much not.

But I appreciate it ๐Ÿซ‚๐Ÿ’œ

I lost one super fast recently. Wasnโ€™t expected at all. But I came to terms that at least there was minimal suffering and she had a very full life even though it was short.

๐Ÿซ‚๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿซก it's all we can offer them. We've still got the night with her at least. Tomorrow we call the regular vet to try and get her in.

Oh fuck dude. That breaks my heart for you. ๐Ÿซ‚๐Ÿซ‚๐Ÿซ‚

Having been there a few times myself and with a close call earlier this year, I know how that feels. Sending hugs. ๐Ÿซ‚๐Ÿ•๐Ÿ’œ

Truly appreciate it ๐Ÿซ‚

Animals get right down to your core.

They just want to love, forever. ๐Ÿ˜ข

Sorry to ask, but what's wrong with her?๐Ÿ˜ข

She didn't eat yesterday morning and her stomach looked a little distended and she seemed lethargic. I thought maybe blockage.

But She's got a mass that metastasized, apparently the main mass started bleeding internally. And the emergency vet said surgery would be at least $12,000 and that she might not make it through and even if she did we would get maybe a month.

They pretty heavily recommended just making her comfortable. And go to the regular vet.

So sorry to hear that.๐Ÿ˜ฎ๐Ÿ˜ข

So, my cousin's Boston Terrier Petey had a substantial mass. They scheduled surgery 3 weeks out, but I had told them about chlorine dioxide...

During the 3 week wait for surgery, they added the chlorine dioxide to Petey's water. When they took him in for surgery, the mass had already shrunk to half its original size.๐Ÿ˜ณ

Their vet said he'd never seen anything like it I all his career.

So, I don't know if Norma is in pain, or if she is still able to drink water? If she were mine and could drink water, I would definitely give CLO2 a shot.

It's trivially simple to use; you just add 3 or 4 drops to her water dish each time you fill it. Her own stomach acid activates it.

My wife and I have used it ourselves to wonderful effect, my cousins have recovered from covid vax side effects using it, our elderly little mutt has a new lease on life, and that's just cases I know about personally...

PS I'm happy to try and answer any of your questions if I possibly can, especially how to help you find and apply the chlorine dioxide ASAP if you want to try...

Really sorry to hear this. Hope she's comfortable.
