Day two of no blue light from screens and turning off all my white lights after sunset, and I feel like going to bed at 7.

I ordered some lamps and 2200k amber bulbs to have some light in the evening.

I've noticed my eyes hurt a lot less without the blue light. But I'll have to see how it goes for a few more weeks.
