Onlyfans is (was originally) for creators who already have an audience to connect closer with them

There is no discovery

There are some recommendation but it’s mainly high earners on the site

They will never have a browse feature because they don’t want to be publicly known for sex work largely bc of bank pressure

They want to control the narrative
