I eat wood sorrel all the time.

Idk if it’s the case on this plant but a ton of plants are thought to be toxic due to bad experimentation.

It’s the case with sassafras & comfrey. If you look at the methodologies on the studies they fed huge quantities of these plants to rats. Ratios we’d never be able to eat in a day. Some of it was on purpose for pharmaceutical propaganda

I've also encountered this syndrome quite widely, and yes, it's hard to tell sometimes. However, given my higher level of confidence in government ethics ( sarc😜 ), I usually start with the assumption that I've been lied to.🤔😳

They blatantly lie about apple and apricot seeds, telling you they contain "dangerous cyanide." Truth is, they contain a highly beneficial compound of cyanide called amygdalin. It is a targeted anti-cancer chemical that delivers cyanide to cancerous cells, releasing it on contact.😁💜🫂.

Compare that to "chemotherapy", a barbaric poison analogous to killing the mosquito on your chest by shooting it with a shotgun...😯😠😡🤬

Read "World Without Cancer" by G. Edward Griffin...🙏🏻😁

i had issues with gout in a large part due to a drinking problem (lots of coopers stout) combined with a high intake of cabbage in salads, and then add into the mix occasional methamphetamine use and sitting at a computer a lot

i'm not saying this to promote anyone's agenda just to be aware that consuming foods with a lot of oxalic acid does indeed contribute specifically to gout which is a condition that arises in combination with other problems

not long after that time i discovered lugol's iodine and that greatly diminished several of the mitigating factors that were keeping me stuck in a vicious cycle

it's a combination of things, obsessive behaviour, neurochemical imbalances, and a diet that is out of balance leading to perpetuation of the neurochemical imbalance and flowing outwards to other conditions that further compound the problem

it just should be pointed out because there is a lot of propaganda these days about "eating vegetables is good for you, yada yada vegan hogwash" and actually if you are not already mentally stable, it can in fact help you go downhill even further, as i experienced

they also say that supplementing iodine is dangerous but actually iodine and combined with high salt intake is really good for rebalancing your immune system and reducing a lot of random mental problems that stem from too much bromine and fluoride in your system

Thanks, Fren, for that very personal report; I truly appreciate your openness. 🙏🏻😄🫂💜😆👍

I'm particularly grateful for the news about Lugol's iodine, as I have read quite a bit about it before, and even acquired some for my medicine chest, but have not as yet employed it. I'm encouraged by your report to give it a go.👍😆

yes, but be really careful when you start, start with very small doses, like 1 drop a day, and be sure you have at least an extra teaspoon of salt to ensure your kidneys clear anything it stirs up

the important thing to understand about halides is they are very prone to reaction and thus it is very easy to disrupt one halide with another

the iodine will dislodge chlorine and bromine and fluorine, in either elemental bonds or as ionic acids, and cause them to be released from cells and travel into the blood, where they will then further react with other halides they bump into around your system

what this means is that if you have a lot of bromine or fluorine in your system, after you take iodine, there will be a similar amount (atoms, basically) as you took in of iodine, of whatever it knocked out of place, and in the case of fluorine and bromine, this can have quite nasty effects

first of all there is neurotoxicity, as you may know fluorine in more than a certain dose rate in your blood will stop nerves working and it causes a nervousness that is very unpleasant, an increase in tremor

the bromine will cause sleepiness, and you almost are guaranteed to experience a little bit of this first few days or weeks of using it, and it will always be fixed by ingesting salt, which causes blood salinity to rise and the kidneys respond by increasing elimination of salts overall, which then reduces the levels of these toxic elements that the iodine has loosed

fluoride builds up especially in bones and glands, and both fluorine and bromine definitely contribute to thyroid regulation problems which can cause mental illness

so, anyway, that's the brief version of it, Dr David Brownstein is a good source of info, there is tests you can do on your urine to ensure that your iodine intake is not letting too much of this toxic stuff out

in one of his video talks he showed a picture of a some clothing of woman who was in early stages of breast cancer, and taking lugol's caused so much bromine to be released it stained her bras with the characteristic brown stain of bromine (it's more dirty brown where iodine is a more orange/ochre)

don't take this lightly, you MUST ensure that you start real slow and ideally you would monitor your output of these toxic halides to ensure that you aren't dosing too high for your level of contamination

Thank you so very much for the time and thought you've put into cautioning and instructing me in these matters!🙏🏻😄🫂💖😆👍💯

I will get all my ducks lined up before I begin and whenever I do begin, I will proceed very slowly and cautiously. 😃

i was pretty incautious... i didn't bother getting halide excretion testing done and i just loaded the salt on... i survived, so just evaluate your risk and be alert when you start, as alertness itself may diminish a bit because of it

Glad you made it, and happy to be getting to know you a little bit here.😁😆👍
