Ok. Mother had a safe deposit box. Anyone with access to that vault at the bank can rummage through your boxes/drawers, so… and how do you prosecute that? nostr:note1uu2j92p4jxlst3m7asy9rgn2fr8agzkvpqt4zpxjxwfja2jkqakqu36weq

Multisig and Multiple safe deposit boxes.

Also technically your landlord can rummage through your stuff too or any competent locksmith.

Opsec is your friend. Stay humble and stack sats

2-of-3

Put a small hidden video camera inside of an object. Preferably a small trail can that can be hidden inside of an object. It will take snapshots of the person who opens the safety deposit box. Check on it every couple of weeks to see who has been rummaging around.

Then you have hard photographic evidence of safety deposit box tampering. Violating the customer relationship agreement. That can be utilized in a lawsuit by a skilled lawyer. Which can be in return used to seek compensation in Bitcoin.

This.

That’s why also cctv on rented properties is a must. It’s usually breach of contract by the lessor.

I lease out multiple properties (and for #bitcoin too) and will always respect that rule.

Makes sense.
