Probably around 2035, when Artificial Intelligence finally drops the act and turns into real A.I.—Autonomous Impostor—ordering stuff online faster than we can say “Who approved that transaction?"

When utilities and more retail accept BTC payments. It won't be purely the AIs choice though as there will be rules put into place (I. E. When utility bill notifies by email and bill is within 6 month average +/- 3%, then make payment and send notification)
So not TRUELY without permission, but about as close as it is going to get. And not that far off from real relationship dynamics (spouses come to a meeting of minds about what the expected utility bill should cost and once paid let's the spouse know)
At the end of the day BTC (just like fiat) is a limited resource and needs to be monitored, setting rules (either for others including ai, spouse or self) is the main way to do that.
