No, you sent fiat, not BTC. Strike took your fiat and converted it to BTC and sent the other person BTC. The payment history in Strike separates the fiat and BTC payments sent under the activity tab.
Even if it were, it would be a sale for the same price you purchased for so no gain or loss so no tax consequence.
