If you lack energy, exercise. If you are depressed, exercise. If you are bored, exercise. Doesnt need to be super strenuous, just get your heart rate up a little. Go for a walk, turn the compost pile, dig a hole for a tree, unload some mulch off the back of your truck. Do some squats, jump in place.
