Yesterday our truck refused to start after shopping at the Walmart parking lot… as it was getting dark we decided to stay the night and take a look at the problem today.
Today I learned how to short circuit and start our truck. 😂✌️

Indeed. I seriously want to go back to like a 1970’s 7.3 IDI. My 96 pathfinder is pretty damn reliable but some of it is pretty wonky, like blowing the fuse for the reverse light also disconnecting the neutral safety switch so the whole vehicle won’t even crank lol
Yeah I thought at first our neutral safety was acting up but I short circuited that before and that wasn’t it. 😅
Haha, my alarm wouldn't stop going off no matter what. Quick google search and its probably the bonnet sensor. Stuck a paperclip in both ends of the plug and no more alarm. Doubt anyone will pry my bonnet open.
Old cars are awesome. 😁✌️ a new one would probably just flat out refuse to start and there’s nothing you could do other than tow to the next mechanic who tells you it’s a faulty sensor, resets it and you are good to go… 🤷♂️
