Not a techie, so I apologize for my ignorance on this stuff.

What are the implications of miner centralization? Can protocol changes happen?

My initial thought is that if you have to harass large mining pools to switch to something like sv2 it’s not going to be successful. Miners should want to upgrade because it improves their business.
