We started grinding our own. We get it from a local organic producer.
And it is specifically βbread flour?β What wheat are they using if so?

We get rye, spelt, and the white flour is just from wherever because they only carry whole grain. We use about 70% rye now. Easier to digest
I love the flavor of rye in sourdough! So tangy.
Bread flour is a specific thing though and doesnβt sound like what this is. Thank you, though!
