I just quit nicotine cold turkey after 20 years or so of everyday use. First cigarettes then switched to vAPinG which only made it more deeply engrained bc you can do it just about anywhere, any time you can find a spare 2 seconds. It’s been a week or so. I am not even sure. I feel insane though. K bye 🥴
