I use Minibits Wallet for Nostr. It integrates with Nostr, and provides per-client NWC (meaning you can setup individual connect strings and quotas for each of your Nostr clients). As I only use it for Nostr, I just keep a few thousand sats in it. I use Cake Wallet for long term BTC accumulation and storage, and Breez as a Lightning wallet for non-nostr purposes.

Not trying to shill too much, but have you considered Alby?
I ran Alby for a few months. It's very nice, but I don't transact enough volume to justify the monthly expense. Breez + Minibits meets my lightning needs, and is substantially less expensive than Alby. I'll reconsider Alby if my circumstances change, and my volume justifies the monthly fee.
