Absolutely beef is better. I eat it daily. Also liver and bone broth.
But Iโll have a daily shake of organic whey, mixed with greek yoghurt, peanut butter, some oats and some banana that I drink in the gym during my lunch break. Makes for a very efficient workout routine.
Then Iโll eat a bunch of boiled eggs and greek yoghurt during the afternoon and cook a beef centered meal for my family for dinner.
That kept me shredded at a steady 75 kg. Then I added the creatine, and shot up to about 82 kg in a matter of weeks ๐
