Going into #carnivore week 7 tomorrow. My abs are popping out, looking lean and feeling strong. I do find myself needing a coffee in the morning just wake myself up other than will keep marching forward.

All I can say is if you are struggling with inflammation of any kind give it a go.

Personally, I do raw milk mixed with MCT Oil in the morning to help get that saturated fat your brain needs in the morning, asap. There's other things you can mix it with though I'm sure.

Try replacing coffee with methylene blue in water.
