I gave up caffeine completely at first. Now I drink maybe one cup of matcha a week. Often none. But yes matcha has caffeine

It also has l-theanine which supposedly balances the effects of caffeine

Yes, I have been off caffeine 2 weeks now and feel way more focused, consistent & persistent. Better sleep.

Helping me become a better dad and partner too, as less fight or flight now…more even responses to situations outside my control ;)
