This is how we lay the groundwork for a class action lawsuit.
People need to also learn how to sue on their own. More power that way in certain situations.
With multiple similar lawsuits a judge would insist on it becoming a class action instead.
Not necessarily if they are in different jurisdictions. There are many Pro Se property tax lawsuits going on concurrently as I type this.
I think the reason for class actions are because the common personal (yes does know how to but also) can't afford a lawyer, let alone a lawyer who could actually win.
