i opened the channel. they closed it.
i did just run
lncli wallet bumpfee --sat_per_vbyte 12 txid:0
and now when i run lncli wallet pendingsweeps
i see the fee has been bumped to 12.

If they closed it and it was a forced close initiator will be paying higher fees by default. But looks like you just have to wait now.
