Private is always better than public, giving you full control (as long as you don't have a board that backstabs). PMA's do ever better in that regard from what I've heard.

Yea I’m working on drafting a private express trust that is an “unincorporated business organization” / PMA as you point out
Just have to carve out the time to do so
