I have a bad habit where any note or account that isn't in English I just automatically disregard for spam.
Most English speakers do the same

Yeah, I had a nice chat with someone who spoke Japanese and that made me realize.
It’s actually a tremendous downfall of our English society.
We can do better in schools and as individuals.
