They arise by sin, having a state means you reject God as King and supreme law giver- so that would be “unnatural” in the sense I meant.

I would think this would be mainline ancap philosophy?

States are permissible under anarchy if they are voluntary

I would name that something other than "state" using the Rothbard definitions.
