How many sats are there in 1 satoshi? Is it 100 or 1000?

I did a very conservative estimate on price in 2033 on the show today.

Comparing it to average home prices.

My prediction was:

$1.5 million per house (which I think is very high given the interest rate environment)

$37 million per coin

.04 bitcoin per house

Which would be $1 = 37 sats ???
