As a former public high school teacher, in all honesty, this is the best advice. You can’t engage with it or try to understand it, and your blatant anger will likely frighten an already terribly frightened individual so that any further emails won’t be sent.

Keep it very short and angry. Because you don’t have time for that bullshit. No one does.
