A failed assassin? Like a would-be chef who instead ended up burning all the food so nothing could be served.
This is a dangerous slippery slope and not how our justice system works

Yes, you can be been proven guilty of this in the court of law. You are innocent until then.
Then maybe we can open the phone…? Even that, Apple shouldn’t be acting as the arm of the FBI ‼️. Not their job. They’re supposed to be working on their product and making customers happy.
