Allow yourself to get bored.
Put aside your phone or any other distractions and let your body feel the feeling of being bored. Many of us have almost forgotten that being bored was a legit feeling, that helped us think about the ways to get rid of boredom. Once, you find the ways you will see a very heightened focus levels.
It helps me from time to time but it still difficult for me to allow myself to get bored now. Constant touching phones or distractions.
