I go with your argument. But I would see critique as something positive. Since my understanding of critique needs compassion and understanding of the other. Or if not at least speaking of a weaknes. Therefore critique offers only the vision on new doors which could be opened. Or others to point out to find new ways.

But talking disrespectful of others is something bad. Having chatter to say what they do not do well.

On the other side, as said above, speaking with the person in question directly, with the intention to improve their life is no bad thing at all. As long that I do my best effort to help the other person.

Spot on 💯. We all need criticism to improve. However, judgement is another because it puts walls up to the recipient of the message. It is counter intuitive. But when you show people an alternative option, ways or methods; recipient of the message may likely to receive it positively and useful. Bottom line, it depends on how the criticism is delivered either constructive or not. Equally important, if you provide unsolicited or solicited advice be prepared to be turned down because not everyone wants to hear how to improve or change. It has to be paramount to the recipient. 👌🤓

Yes defnitly it is always a kind of art to criticise in a way the other person is able to understand. But I would say as long as we are as honest to tell the criticism in the face of the person to criticise is always in favor of just talking in circles with other people. Since I beleave, that it feels so releaving, to know that someone says if there is a problem. Since it means when the person is not criticising, or better communicating rhat all is fine. Everyone knows it is real. It is genuine.

indeed. Be prepared to say it to their face than hide in the shadows! 🤓🤣
