I've heard from nostr:npub1cgcwm56v5hyrrzl5ty4vq4kdud63n5u4czgycdl2r3jshzk55ufqe52ndy and nostr:npub1l3e2uj7dzs226s7q9utf9ghml8f3mcv7252hd69nhg2z62updklqv8zq2r that either the third or fourth day can be hard too. It seems like it really depends on the person.
Fourth was my second worst. I stopped it at day 4
