I have deleted instagram and twitter from my phone, just consuming nostr for a month now. My screen-time has decreased dramatically and even my mood is better, content here is deeper and more fulfilling. Sadly still lots of interesting people still dont know.

Interesting about screen time. I've observed the opposite personally. Never before in my life have I spent so much time on social media as I do here. But I don't ever feel burnt out from Nostr. Shitter and Facefuck always left me feeling shitty after spending much time on them, like the way you feel after eating junk food.
First screen time decreased
Then screen time increase
Exponentially
We can always meet new people. You don’t feel the FOMO.
