I had heard "morning light is good for you" because of some specific UV rays, but never dug deeper. I've always been an early riser and watching the sun rise with my coffee has been, for years, a hugely correlating factor to whether or not my day is good or bad.

This seems to confirm my bias that morning people are indeed "better" than night people. I like that. Thank you.

That’s awesome that you just do it naturally! It has made a huge difference in my health

Anecdotally, someone can’t explain why their 90 year old grandma who smoked is still in relatively great health, then you find out she has just naturally woken up at sunrise, spent time outside, and gone to bed with the sun for years! ☀️
