There is no enforced global standard for the kind: 30023 (articles) urls.
Each Nostr client has its own way of structuring URLs, for example:
Snort: https://snort.social/e/naddr1...
Damus: nostr:naddr1... (NIP-19 URI scheme)
Amethyst: Uses a different deep link format for mobile
