I wouldn’t go to the extent of saying that the NFL is rigged, but it would make sense in my mind that the commissioner and others of his status would want to see larger market teams succeed over teams that have less reach/profit.

Maybe have the refs spot the ball a few feet short every other down. Keep it in the back of their mind to throw a flag here and there that isn’t warranted. Obviously it wouldn’t make a difference in a blowout, but a close game?

Every other company tries to push customers towards higher margin products. Why wouldn’t the NFL?

Yes, I know, “who cares, it’s all bread and circuses”. Most people that say this have never played competitive sports. They just don’t get it.

Its definitely rigged. All American sports. Read up on this guy. It goes on in the nfl as well

It absolutely is rigged. No way it isn't, way too much money involved to leave things to chance.

It all started getting very shady when draft kings and the betting platforms started getting big.

THEYVE NEVER PLAYED SPORTS. Dude. The only people who can’t appreciate sports suck at sports. Sure, there have been rig jobs. That doesn’t disqualify the insane level of talent that 0.0001% of people can attain.

I find this to be a pretty accurate statement.

Haters will say I’m being a hater but they’re obviously just hating 🧑‍🍳

💯the level of dedication and perseverance to get to the professional level is comprehensible to most

I don't think it's necessary scripted, but it definitely feels unbalanced in a lot of ways.

Hopefully one day professional sports will be on a Bitcoin standard which will balance the scales. Until then the NFL is on a fiat standard which leads to unbalanced scales not only in money.

Never been a fan of Roger Goodell.

I remember growing up the Patriots were the Team of the League, but even they had the commissioner unbalancing the scales against them.

With the Chiefs, it feels somewhat different. Almost like the Commissioner has his favorite teams for the reasons you mentioned.

Also, the protection rules for offensive players seems to have gone to far. Especially with quarterbacks. My biggest pet peave being the slide rules.

It's nice to hear multi-Super Bowl winning quarterbacks like Tom Brady and Troy Aikman calling out the abuse of these rules. If you have the ball expect to get hit. That's what this game is.

As the movie, 'Any Given Sunday' taught us:

It's a business first.

💯 every new rule to protect players seems to be used as an overreach to sway games.

Strong resemblance of our government 😂

Yea my son was done with the Chiefs’ game by the 2nd quarter..,he was like “it’s all true…it’s all rigged”

Welcome to the matrix my son…welcome to the matrix.
